STAUNTON, Va. – The Mary Baldwin women's volleyball team played their final home match of the season on Wednesday night against Randolph College losing 3-0, (25-18, 25-21, 25-22).
The Fighting Squirrels fall to 1-30 on the season and 0-14 in the USA South, while Randolph improves to 11-14 on the season and 3-9 in the ODAC.
MBU was led by Deborah Black who had 12 kills and two digs. Emma Tomlinson added a team-high 26 assists and four digs. Defensively, Madison Cash tallied a game-high 18 digs. Rachel Christian added six kills, three service aces, and seven digs.
The WildCats were led by Logan Warren who registered 10 kills and four digs. Taylor Webb tallied a game-high 31 assists and a team-high 12 digs. Tomi-Lauren Mcginnis added nine kills and five digs.
The Fighting Squirrels will return to action on Saturday, November 2 when they travel to Misenheimer, N.C. for a USA South Tri-Match against Pfeiffer and N.C. Wesleyan.
