Delaney Jefferson joined the Mary Baldwin University women's basketball coaching staff following a coaching career that includes international, high school, and club basketball experience.
Most recently, Coach Jefferson coached in Germany, serving as Head Coach of a U16 girls' program while assisting the U18 and women's teams. During his time overseas, he helped develop student-athletes competing under FIBA rules while contributing to practice planning, player development, scouting, and game preparation.
