FERRUM, VA - Ferrum College showed why they are on top of the standings in the USA South tonight when they built a 16 point lead in the first ten minutes of the game on their way to a dominate 101-59 win tonight.

The Panthers were on fire shooting 58% from the floor and 53% from behind the arc.  They finished with 29 assists and only 12 turnovers.  Scoring was spread throughout as Ferrum was able to freely substitute throughout the game.

Mary Baldwin was lead by Sophomore Shanice Miles who finished with 24 points and 7 rebounds while Freshman Ariel Read had her best performance finishing with 17 points. Senior Sabrina Desper added 12.  Kelsey Still lead the team in rebounds with 9.

Mary Baldwin College will play their final home game on Saturday.  Tip-off is 2:00PM for Senior Day.
