Bridgewater, VA - Mary Baldwin College lost to Bridgewater this evening in a non-conference matchup 82-35.

The Eagles pressure defense caused numerous turnovers for Mary Baldwin giving the home team 44 points off of those turnovers.  Mary Baldwin also struggled to keep Bridgewater off of the boards as they grabbed 65 rebounds to MBC's 41 and finished the game with 25 second chance points.

Mary Baldwin College was led by senior forward Shamanda Washington who finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds.  Sophomore Lindsey Poirot added 7 points and 6 rebounds while freshman Precious Parker pulled down 8 rebounds.

Mary Baldwin College 0-11 will host Christopher Newport University at home Wednesday evening.  Tipoff is 7:00pm.
