STAUNTON, VA - Greensboro College defeated Mary Baldwin College 77-38 tonight in USA South action.

The Pride used a fullcourt press to create numerous Mary Baldwin turnovers and easy baskets in the first half as they built a convincing 41-15 lead.  

The Fighting Squirrles struggled offensively while Greensboro shot over 40% from the floor and over 42% from behind the arc.

Shanice Miles led Mary Baldwin with 10 points and 7 rebounds while Lindsey Poirot grabbed 13 rebounds and scored 9 points.  

Greensboro had a balanced scoring attack with three players in double figures and all but one scoring.

Mary Baldwin College (0-17, 0-11 USAS) will host USA South opponents N.C. Wesleyan College and Methodist University at home this weekend.
