Box Score STAUNTON, VA - The Mary Baldwin College soccer team lost to NC Wesleyan College 0-10 this afternoon in a USA South Conference matchup.
Logan Bill struck first for the Battling Bishops scoring less than 8 minutes into the game. Maggie Rankin added a second goal 15 minutes later as the visitors built a 6-0 lead in the first half.
NC Wesleyan dominated the half outshooting Mary Baldwin 22-0. The visitors also held a 6-0 advantage in corner kicks.
The second half proved to be more of the same as the Bishops added four goals to their total.
Brittany Tenn was the starting goalkeeper for Mary Baldwin and tallied 9 saves for the Fighting Squirrels. Ashley Major was the starting goalkeeper for NC Wesleyan.
Mary Baldwin College, 3-10 (0-8 USAS), continue USA South action Saturday when they travel to Methodist University.
