FAYETTEVILLE, NC - The Mary Baldwin College soccer team took on the Monarchs of Methodist University this afternoon in a USA South matchup.

Taylor Cavazos gave Methodist the lead just three minutes into the game and the home team never looked back as they built a  6-0 lead in the first half and took the win 9-0.  The Monarchs outshot Mary Baldwin 16-1 in the first half and 9-0 in the final 45 minutes.

Brittany Tenn anchored the goal for Mary Baldwin and finished the day with 7 saves.

Mary Baldwin College, 3-11 (0-9 USAS), travel to Raleigh, NC next weekend to play William Peace University and Meredith College before finishing the season at home against Greensboro College.
