LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, GA - The Mary Baldwin College soccer team opened their USA South Conference schedule on the road this afternoon against Covenant College.  The Fighting Squirrels fell 0-7.

The home team jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first half outshooting Mary Baldwin 19-0 then added 3 additional goals in the final 45:00 minutes.

Covenant finished the game with 32 shots.  The Scots also held a decisive 11-0 advantage in corner kicks. 

Mary Baldwin's starting goalkeeper, Brittany Tenn, finished the day with 13 saves.  Samantha Chong added 2 more saves.

Mary Baldwin College 3-3 (0-1 USAS) finishes the road trip at Piedmont College Saturday afternoon.
