STAUNTON, VA - Hollins University defeated Mary Baldwin in straight sets in a non-conference volleyball matchup.  The visitors took the close match 25-21, 25-23, 25-20.

Rikki Martinez led Hollins with 14 kills.  Lela Moore added 20 assists.  The defense was very balanced.  Haley Ortiz led with 13 digs followed by Tori Jolly, Rikki Martinez, and Lela Moore with 11 each.

Mary Baldwin was led by Farrah Fullerton who executed well finishing with 9 kills.  She was followed by Katelyn Rice who added 8 kills and Jessica Hickman who finished with 7.  Reilly Kelly tallied 28 assists.  The defense was led by Xenna Belfield who finished the night with 24 digs.  Rice added 17.

Mary Baldwin College, 1-6 (0-0 USAS), return to action this weekend in the Maroon Classic in Salem, VA.
