ROCKY MOUNT, NC - The Mary Baldwin University soccer team fell to N.C. Wesleyan College 0-9 this afternoon in a USA South Conference matchup.

Sarah Cook scored at the 8:42 minute mark to give the Battling Bishops a 1-0 lead.  Cook then assisted Logan Bill to take a 2-0 lead.  Bill scored again unassisted less than two minutes later to build a 3-0 lead.  NC Wesleyan added three additional goals before the half on their way to a 9-0 win.

Mary Baldwin's goalkeeper, Brittany Tenn, finished with 13 saves for the game.

Mary Baldwin University, 0-7 (0-2 USAS), play their next game at home against Greensboro College on September 24.
