GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Mary Baldwin University women's soccer team fell 8-0 at Greensboro in USA South action on Tuesday.

The scoring started inside the first 15 seconds as the Pride tallied four goals in the first six minutes of the contest. Two goals in the 14th minute gave GC a 6-0 advantage before two more scores in the 21st and 26th minutes pushed the score to the eventual final of 8-0.

Anyka Wilkin made four saves in the contest while Ariana Pol pushed aside two shots in 45 minutes of action.

The Fighting Squirrels return to action on Saturday, Oct. 19, against Meredith at SMA Worth Field beginning at 1 pm.
