In the neutral-site clash against Greensboro, sophomore
Hanna Roach led the attack with a team-high six kills and a .375 hitting percentage while junior
Alexis Edmonds had four kills and a .300 hitting percentage. Freshman
Sabrina Birts also had four kills against the Pride while classmates
Jaisley Tibayan and
Josie Sheets had nine and seven digs, respectively. Sheets led the way with 13 of MBU's 19 assists.
The Fighting Squirrels enter the final week of the season, which includes a home match against Meredith on Wednesday (11/1) at 6 p.m. and a tri-match Saturday at Salem (N.C.) College against the Spirits (2 p.m.) and non-conference foe Roanoke (4 p.m.).
