Despite holding a 17-5 shooting advantage, Mary Baldwin women's soccer played Eastern Mennonite to a scoreless draw on a hot, sunny afternoon at SMA Worth Field Wednesday.

It was Kid's Day, with special events and food available for the fans.  But the stars of the game were goalkeepers Anna Filipowski of EMU and Maddy Vinson of MBU.  Filipowski was credited with 10 saves while Vinson denied both of the Royals shots on goal.

The Fighting Squirrels (0-2-1) return to action Saturday with a non-conference clash at Averett (1 p.m.).
