Kennedy Mills led Mary Baldwin in kills and senior Sol Rios-Rolon was tops in assists Saturday as the Fighting Squirrels lost a pair of 3-0 decisions against USA South rivals Brevard and Methodist in a tri-match at Brevard.
The Tornados (11-4, 3-2 USA South) won the first match of the day by scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-19. Mills had a team-leading six kills and Rios-Rolon dished out nine assists in the match. Freshman

In the second match, Methodist (14-2, 5-1 USA South) topped MBU by scores of 25-17, 25-15, 25-20. Mills shared team-high honors of four kills against the Monarchs with senior

Hailee McDonald. Rios-Rolon had 11 assists, Ammerman had 10 digs and freshman
Leila Harris recorded four of MBU's nine service aces.
