Box Score Randolph's Carlynne Wright converted a corner kick in the 87th minute of the match to lift the host WildCats to a 1-0 non-conference women's soccer victory over Mary Baldwin Wednesday in Lynchburg.

Each team had three shots on goal in the match, although the hosts had more total attempts (11-7).  MBU keeper Maddy Vinson was credited with one save in the match.

MBU returns to action Friday at SMA Worth Field in Staunton against non-conference rival Averett, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
