The Mary Baldwin University Fighting Squirrels hosted the Mt. Aloysius College Mounties this afternoon with two games in a doubleheader. Pitching was strong on both ends, but the Mounties pulled away in the end with two wins against the Fighting Squirrels with the first game finishing at 5-1 and the second finishing 3-2.
In today's first game, Mt. Aloysius jumped out to an early lead by scoring two runs in the first inning (one earned, one unearned). Things quieted down for a couple of innings until #28 Isaiah Brooks hit an explosive triple to center field, who then scored on a ball in play by #1

For the second game in today's doubleheader, #7
