Brandon Kincaid picked up a win at No. 6 singles against Wilkes for Mary Baldwin's only point in the team's final two matches during the 2025 Spring Break to Hilton Head Island.

Kincaid edged Sean Relak, 7-6 (9-2) to pick up the point against Wilkes on Wednesday in a 6-1 MBU setback.  Talen Brunson was also involved in two close matches, falling at #2 doubles with Eric Leyson in a tiebreaker 8-7 (7-4), then battling until the end of an 8-6 pro-set loss at No. 3 singles

On the return trip from Hilton Head Island, MBU played its first USA South conference match of the season, falling at Methodist 7-0.  Kincaid also posted the best score against the Monarchs, falling at #6 singles 6-3, 6-2.

The Fighting Squirrels (2-4) return to action Wednesday (3/12) at MBU's courts with a non-conference battle against Penn State-Abington (4 p.m.).
