DANVILLE, VA. — The Mary Baldwin volleyball team fell 3-0 to Averett on Tuesday in a non-conference match.

Averett (9-6) won the three games 25-11, 25-10 and 25-14.

Deborah Black led MBU (0-13) with seven kills and hit .353. Jada Keene had 14 digs and an ace for the Fighting Squirrels.

Megan Andrews and Sydney Clarke also had four kills, while Rachel Christian had seven digs.

The Fighting Squirrels will wrap up the season at home on Sunday with a doubleheader against Meredith starting at 2:00 p.m.
