Virginia Wesleyan scored three goals in the first 16 minutes Saturday afternoon and the Marlins went on to blank Mary Baldwin 4-0 in non-conference men's soccer action.

Mary Baldwin held a slim 15-14 edge in total shots and corner kicks were even with four apiece, but the early deficit was too much for MBU to overcome.

The Squirrels finished with four shots on goal, two by Rhajee Scarlett.

Mary Baldwin, now 1-4-1 overall, returns to the pitch on Tuesday when the Squirrels host Shenandoah.
