GREENSBORO, NC, - The Mary Baldwin University men's soccer lost Wednesday night, falling to Greensboro College 3-1 in conference action.

The Fighting Squirrels came out of the half tied 0-0 before sophomore Edward Headley scored for the Squirrels on a shot from just outside the penalty arc on a pass from junior Badr Kessouh in the 56th minute.

Greensboro then answered back with their own goal in the 59th minute before scoring two more to lift the Pride past the Squirrels.

Alexis Barba, Ben Jones, and Kyle Creamer all tallied two shots on the day for the Squirrels.

Mary Baldwin returns to action Saturday (Oct 15) at 3:30 PM when they will host William Peace University in Staunton in conference action.
