Mary Baldwin started the game strong with putting up 34 points in ther first half while only giving up 22 to their opponent, Southern Virginia. The second half of the game was much tighter as the Knights scored 25 to the Fighting Squirrels' 26. SVU was unable to cover the first half's difference which resulted in another Mary Baldwin Men's Basketball win.

The Fighting Squirrels Men's Basketball team faces two away games next as they travel on Saturday (1/20) to face off against N.C. Wesleyan at 4:00 PM and then to Greensboro next Tuesday (1/23).
