The Mounties found some momentum in the top of the third, scoring four runs and would hold that momentum into the seventh inning bringing in six runners to take a 14-8 lead.

The Fighting Squirrels refused to go down easy as they rattled off three runs in the 8
th inning to come within four.
The Mounties Dawson Wetherald would finish the game on the mound not allowing a hit in the ninth.
Mary Baldwin will head to Lexington, Virginia to face Washington and Lee Tuesday, March 3 at 4:00 p.m.
