Mary Baldwin freshman Patrick Sido has been named to the D3baseball.com All-Region Third Team for Region 6.

The outfielder earned the honor following a strong 2026 season. The Springfield, Virginia, native collected multiple awards in his first collegiate campaign, including USA South Rookie of the Year, three-time conference Rookie of the Week and first-team all-conference honors.

"I'm extremely proud of his accomplishments on the field this past year. To be honored with an all-region selection is a testament to Patrick's hard work and dedication on and off the field," head baseball coach Scott Hearn said.
